Mr. Hoppy (Dustin Hoffman) is retired and lives in a sparsely furnished apartment. The only luxury he allows himself standing on his balcony. Mr. Hoppy has very green fingers and its balcony is a paradise of smells and colors. The elements that Richard Curtis and Paul Mayhew-Archer added work fine, the role of Mr. Pringles (Richard Cordery) adds an extra dimension to the story, especially in the scene where the three dines at Mr. Hoppy.
