Paulina García as the assistant Piñera, Alejandro Goic as mining Lobos or Cristian Campos as the assistant engineer Sougarret are examples of Chilean actorazos reduced to extras. Adriana Barraza, the Mexican Oscar nominee for "Babel" has fewer lines of dialogue that Don Francisco said. Either way expected. Still, there is no doubt that those who hold the story of this film are Antonio Banderas, Lou Diamond Phillips, Juliette Binoche and Rodrigo Santoro. Banderas is all what we expected from a representation of media mining "super mario" charismatic leader protagonist who moves history.
